Reite-Way Refrigeration was founded in 1991 by Bill Reitebach. The company was started with an understanding of the special need for service among food service operators. Reite-Way’s initial offering was providing preventative maintenance on kitchen refrigeration equipment. The concept was enthusiastically accepted by restaurant owners and managers in the Western New York area.

In the years to come, Reite-Way would grow to include a broader range of services and equipment sales as well as pioneering the marketing of products like the Rhino® Wet Waste Interceptor and Cooler Fresh™ Panels for moisture and odor absorption. We also market our own line of cleaning products custom-designed for our customers’ very special needs. Our Grease Buster! liquid is the finest product of its kind and is used in all our preventative maintenance work by our own technicians as well as many of our customers.

In 2003 we acquired the ice making business of Chem-Mark of Buffalo. This acquisition adds a new dimension to Reite-Way’s already impressive menu of services. Our customers enjoy the convenience of dealing with one company for all their kitchen refrigeration needs, and we can save them time and money by taking care of all their refrigeration, HVAC and ice-making equipment, often on one service call.
